About the role

Work tasks

As Hardware Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) you are a key member of the team and make a significant contribution to the smooth handling of all hardware-related processes:

  • Receiving, photographing, documenting and sorting devices for internal records and inventory purposes
  • Coordination of transportation and preparation of devices for shipping
  • Organization and continuous improvement of the warehouse and workshop areas
  • Disposal and recycling of hardware in accordance with regulations

We are looking for

  • Technical interest
  • MS Office Skills

It is advantageous if you have

  • Understanding of hardware products
  • Experience with Jira, SAP

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
