About the role

Our partner company is looking for support and offers you the opportunity to start as a Product Owner (m/f/d). We will employ you, and you will work on-site with our partner. Work tasks

  • You develop a forward-thinking product vision and prioritize the backlog to create the maximum business value and customer impact.
  • You ensure that our product features are always aligned with the company’s goals and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Together with the Scrum Master, you promote agile working methods and ensure the continuous development of the team.
  • You identify risks early in the development process and develop proactive solutions to minimize them.
  • You keep track of product performance, analyze KPIs, and use market trends to identify new business opportunities.

We are looking for

  • You have a degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • You bring 2-5 years of professional experience in digital transformation, ideally in a Product Owner or similar role.
  • You have experience in managing diverse stakeholders and handling their requirements, and are familiar with agile principles and methods (Scrum, Kanban).
  • You have a CSPO, PSPO certification, or a comparable qualification.
  • You speak fluent English (C1) and ideally have good German skills.

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.

Our partner company: is part of an international group that develops and produces specialty chemicals and sustainable energy products. At the Hamburg site, around 300 employees are working on the further development of chemical products. The company focuses on innovation and digitalization, supported by a Digital Studio that implements projects for process optimization and automation.
